Byron Center Meats has decades of experience cutting, packaging, and aging high-quality cuts in our state of the art, USDA-inspected facilities. Over the past 75 years, our customers have come to expect a few things from us like quality, freshness, value and service. We have a passion for our customers, our products, and our craft, and it is evident in all we do.
To ensure the best quality whether it’s fresh or frozen, our beef is aged at least 21 days to enhance the flavor and increase tenderness, then vacuum packaged to preserve the cut. Payment forms accepted include cash, debit card, check, credit card, Bridge card or a BCM gift card. Payments we collect for farmers need to be a check or money order written directly to them.
